Module 10 - Managing Stress and Anxiety

Students tried to approach this module in
both serious and fun ways. First of all, our
students met Prof. A. Siuksta, who explained
students how to deal with negative feelings and
emotions and not to become slaves of harmful
habits. Professor also suggested practical ways
of meaningful leisure activities.
Smiles day and colouring mandalas were liked
by students and teachers too. Spending time in
nature was discovered by many students as a
perfect way to relax.
