Module 9 - Using Technology in the home and community
Public Secondary School SEN students participated in the project by
Aged 11-14 yrs creating a poster about how it feels to be
different. They asked other students their
opinion about what they thought being different
and being equal to others meant and collected
Technologies were used by our PE and ICT their comments. They used ICT to create a

To understand what handicap means they
attented workshops where they were deprived
of one ability. Our students then visited a
center dedicated to making handicapped
people’s lives easier. Later, they learned to
design and shape a new device.
Reunion Island Activities
The students worked on activities in
collaboration with partner countries classes.
For instance they discovered Thinglink, Padlet
and Kahoot.
This is the card games created by the students
thanks to their searches on Internet as well as
their activities on Etwinning.
