Module 12 - Developing ICT skills

Secondary School Robotic Coding
Aged 11-16 yrs

Within the scope of Information and
Communication Technologies Module, we
have added additional Informatics courses
within the scope of our school elective
courses. In these lessons, students were
taught to use Sketch up, Photoshop and other
programs in addition their learning in ordinary
computer classes. We used the 3D printer that
we bought in our school to print their designs.
In addition, they learned the basics of robot
coding and designed robots. They’ve used the
programs they have learned and designed
brochures, posters and eBooks for the other Coding Lessons From University Students
activities of the project. We also worked
with kahoot and other web 2.0 tools in the
classroom during lessons.
