Public Secondary School Murder at Wimbledon Play
Aged 11-14 yrs
An interactive play was performed on January
24th in our school, in English, "Murder at
Wimbledon", during which our students had
Drama is a wonderful way to help students to solve a crime. Actors invited students to
feel more at ease with themselves. They learn work in groups and debate on their theories
to accept their voice, their body and to play publicly. They were both spectators and

We also chose to develop our drama club thanks
to our Erasmus Project. For the first time our
students have a chance to work with professional
comedians and actors. The students belonging
to the club have thus worked on their voices,
the way they place themselves, and how to gain
confidence with Céline Harlingue and Annette
Benedetti. Final year shows including the Choir
are planned every year of the project, as well
as competing during the drama improvisation
festivla “Brin d'Impro”.
