On Thursday 2nd and Thursday 9th May, we held The Nature of Care Workshops in school hosted by The Paediatric Disability Learning Service Team (PDLS) and Alison McConville, FLO. Both sessions were well attended by parents/carers and grandparents. The focus was about sharing our parenting experiences with child with additional needs , supporting each other and looking at ways to look after ourselves in times of adversity. We are hoping that we can host some other parent workshops with the PDLS in the future,.
