Last week some of the students from Wenning had the opportunity to visit the SPACE centre in Preston. This is a fantastic, multi sensory exploration and experience space and the students (and staff!) had lots of fun accessing the illuminated ball pool, the hammock swing and the soft play slide. The visit was booked in the spring term, as part of the light and sound Science topic but because it is such a popular place, we were not able to visit until July! All the students explored the space fully and were wonderful to have on the trip.
