Career Inclusive Opportunities

For All

Careers education for individuals with special needs is of utmost importance in ensuring they have an opportunity to follow a pathway into work or volunteering. Providing tailored career guidance and support can empower special needs individuals to explore their interests and skills, and hopefully pursue meaningful employment opportunities. By receiving the necessary education and with a carefully planned curriculum they can develop the confidence and capabilities needed to thrive iin their next steps.  It is crucial for educational institutions and employers to recognise the value of careers education for special needs individuals and provide the necessary resources and support to help them achieve their professional goals. With the right guidance and opportunities, individuals with special needs can contribute to the workforce and community and lead fulfilling lives.

As a result of this project we created the following video to showcase what our students CAN do.
